I was swamped today trying to run around and do a million errands in a short period of time. Tia Lorena bought her last minute ticket yesterday afternoon to fly to Mexico on Alaska Airlines. Since she was only planning on taking a carry-on suitcase, she offered to haul down a suitcase for us if we wanted to send anything, yippie! Thankfully we had done a bunch of shopping at Old Navy during their Memorial Day sale and stocked up on tennis shoes at Nike as well. I spent the day inputting all the codes into Quickbooks and packing the suitcase up to the 50 pound limit. Alaska Airlines even allows for the first two suitcases to fly for free on flights to and from Mexico City and Guadalajara. I might have found my new airlines if their ticket prices are at all competitive. She got hers roundtrip from Redmond for only $428 so that's really good. I managed to accomplish everything on the list. As soon as Jose got home from work at 2pm, we headed off to Redmond to pick up Lorena and take her to the airport. She got off without a hitch and I could relax!
