Last week I started out at 162.2 pounds and that was all I needed to give me the motivation I needed. Throughout the week, I tracked every single calorie I ate, even when I ate something that I shouldn't have. The worst day was Monday when I made Oatmeal Scotchy cookies for Jose and they were so delicious, I ate some of the cookie dough and then I nibbled on two cookies during the day. I didn't walk the butte at all this week for some reason or another. I did make it to the gym three times this last week and walked/jogged/ran a total of 10.75 miles. Each morning I weighed in and based on calorie consumption target off of that.

May 12: Weight: 160.4 lbs. Target-1123/Consumed 1117/Burned 2083 30 min on the elliptical
May 13: Weight: 159.4 lbs. Target-1116/Consumed 1116/Burned 2323 3.75 mi on the treadmill
May 14: Weight: 159 Target-1113/Consumed 1137/Burned 2443
May 15: Weight: 158 Target-1106/Consumed 1103/Burned 2040 15 min on the elliptical
May 16: Weight 157 Target-1099/Consumed 1452/Burned 2586 4.25 mi on the treadmill
May 17: Weight 158 Target-1106/Consumed 714/Burned 2244
Total Weight Loss for Week 1: 4.2 pounds

Wow thats awesome. Congrats! At least one of us is doing good in this department. I so need to get back on track.
